Well, I went to HF and bought a fuel pump tester, got back home and hooked it up, set the gauge so I could see it from the cab, turned the key and it started on the first round and stayed running...

2002 Dodge 5.9 gas

2002 Dodge 1500 5.9 fires but will not start. Before I accidentally erased the codes I remember 301,302,303 and 455. There is pressure in the fuel rail but seems weak, I have no way to test it....

Have you checked exhaust pipe? It seems to me that the cylinder on my changer hat a seem that was smooth enough for a air cylinder. With air a little leak makes no mess.

I have built a one way air cylinder before. This should work for a two way. six inch exhaust pipe may work for the cylinder. That is what the cylinder on my tire machine is made of.
