Ford has always had it's own 'oil modifier' that was required to be added as well. The first time I cracked this one open I discovered that. I think I bought two tubes as well at the time to have one on hand, finally used it years later after discovering a busted vent line. At the time I was submerging the rear end underwater on a regular basis at the lake and the damn case had nearly filled up. That was a very nasty experience.

I probably should've replaced the clutches then but I didn't know any better. The plan is to hand it down to Dot2 next year after she gets her driver's license. Working now to save enough for a transmission rebuild and new brake lines. They're kinda soft, but looks like changing them is going to be a major PITA.
