One of Ron's pictures shows Woodard control gear.

Again one of ron's pictures shows that this is a two valve head. AFAIK these all had external fuel rails but the restrictor is there.

40 PSI on the injector rail and they will run if all else is good. Remember those valves are exhaust valves intake is through ports in the side of the cylinder sleeves.
