Can't help with the part but someone here probably can.

I'm just curious about what part of Iowa you're in. I was confined to the Quad cities and surrounding areas for a couple years, now just keeping my head down in Kalipornia...

Welcome to the site. ..hope you enjoy it.

Are you referring to the lead screw or the half nut or the threading dial gear?

Out of curiosity I noodled around a bit & found this website that claims to have parts for your lathe:
http://www.lathemachinespares.com/la...ne-spares.html
I know nothing about them & the site looks a little dubious but they do show some pictures of "worm and worm wheels".

A chat window popped up & some guy asked if I needed help locating something.
You might try them if you haven't already.

Its just part of the website, it auto pops the box up and then if you actually type something in, it connects you to someone,.

Default Enterprise lathe manual

Thank you to everyone that replied. I have repeatedly tried to contact the site that Cutter found and got no replies. Although one of the pictures they show on their site is the gear I need. This gear is driven by the worm gear, has nothing to do with threading just power feeds when turning. There is a place in Canada H.H. Roberts that would only answer to a Fax that I think has one but they want the part no. Which I don't have. And Tek I am from South central Iowa Thanks again.
