When I built my shop, has it been that long ago?, I put 2 X 2 receiver stock, welded to a plate with a lift out cover, vertically in the slab, with the open/bottom in the dirt, under the 6 inch slab.

I spaced them out 6 feet from the wall in 2 rows, down the length of the building (60 feet) 8 feet apart. I use them for a manual tire machine, my hydraulic pipe bender, grinder and polisher pedestal stands, work bench "no roll" posts, ETC. (of course, only when I can actually see the floor) I have used them for drop in winch and chain binder mounts, actually straightening trailers and truck frames.

If you look up my old "I've been shopping" thread there are several pictures to help explain.

What I really need to know is, WHEN DOES THE SHOOTING START?
