Default Welding table build

in the last few months i/ve been busy building things i had put off for far too long
so three months maybe four months ago
I went down to the steel yard and picked up some random drop material
so 5x7 3/8" plate and some 3"x3/8" square and some 3"x6" x 3/8" angle
along with some red irion 3x3x1/4" angle and got to work building me a welding table

That sure looks sturdy enough to me That should last you a good long time.

It definitely beats my Harbor Freight folding weld table!

I had been meaning o build one for two years, but health issues between me and my wife kind of kept me from it. not that any of that is over by any means.
it is very heavy and hard to move for me even with the casters I thought the 1000 lb. casters would help but I've lost about half my strength in the last four years.
I have a small welding table 2' x 4' but it was too light duty and warped so I just use it now for working on my Harley engines.

it is nice to be able to square up my work on a nice flat level surface
sort of forgot what that was like LOL.

Ill end up building a 5'x 10'x 3/4" after I get my other forty foot added to my shop hopefully we will get that started in the next week or just after Christmas
in order to get that done I Traded a guy one of my Harley's for material and labor to do the additions on building. Ill miss my 02 HD Low Rider but heck I hardly ever rode it, but I'm building a Harley Drag bike little by little might be finished with it by the end of the summer or next winter.
