The biggest bitch of that job was the mill scale on the surface. We did not get very good blade life since the mill scale was 25% of the entire job. I can't recall how many blades we went thru, something like 50 seem reasonable. We lost our butt big time.

Actually, your sig. line is fine. It's just, with no line above it, I keep reading it by mistake. The line above it tells a person where to stop reading, if they just want to read the post.
