Vernon, If you don't mind I may borrow your design as well. Not that I need a 5th drill press in the shop, But it would make for a real good portable drill press in the back of the ute...(pick-up) for you lot...

If you need any help let me know, Like I said before there is 4 measuremnts for each drill to make this work correctly. Let me know if I can Help you Thanks for looking and posting something. Works really well in the back of a pickup, Tried that myself.

I liked yours, but I needed the extra height so I could use the adapter I made for a Jacobs chuck. The extra 6" on my base lets me use standard drills. Thanks for posting yours. I may still make one like yours as an option to mine. Probably won't be as pretty as yours though.

I have riser blocks in mines you can raise it 100 feet if you like.
