Copper, that is a very good-looking building.
I am still especially fond of the porch.

I really like it! The porch, the colours, all looks great!

Is it an open floor plan or will it be divided some?

Two thumb typing on a phone, as I never have time to use a computer!

I like the porch.
In addition to the practical side, it breaks up the vertical lines and "lowers" the tall look of the building.

Im stressing out on what to use. I was leaning torwards just a commercial sealer vs epoxy. Im open to some opinions/experience.

My brother uses this. Been on his shop and garage floors for 10 years and the still look great. He says 4-5 coats is best. Dries quickly.
