Is that a 20 ton jack? Yes

Is that 6" channel? 7"

Is that 4' between the uprights? Yes, should have gone 50-52"

Did you run the numbers on the 7" channel ?

25 years ago I did on the 6" I used, and kept my span to 36",
IIRC I was getting "up there".

Yes, IIRC I am good to 40 or 50 tons. I have stiffening plates;
between the channel on the top and the table.

WTF is going on here.......is this some code talk, or make your own bullshit thread?

That ain't no 20 ton jack, nor is that 7" channel. ...and there ain't any uprights, those are uplefts............
